$50 per team.  Each team can register as many players as they want, but only 3 players on the court at a time.  No goalies required, as each team will have a full-size hockey net with a vinyl goalie target attached to it.

• Note: maximum 8 teams per division

• Hockey gloves

Prizes

• Each division has its own trophy, the winning team of each division will have their team name engraved on a plaque to be placed on their division's trophy

• The team chosen as having the best / most creative/original team uniforms will be awarded a special prize

Waivers

• each player must submit a waiver
• submission details will be emailed to you

What's included in your registration

• 3 round robin games with the possibility of a semifinal and final game
• 3 meals of a hamburger or hotdog, bag of chips, and a pop
