Welcome to Georgian Lanes!  We are your 5 pin bowling and entertainment destination in Parry Sound.  We offer many different leagues to bowl in as well as great party packages for your next event or fundraiser. Festival of the Sound

This year will be the 35th edition of Festival of the Sound, housed at the Charles W. Stockey Centre. The programs scheduled for this summer are a broad range or in-depth music from chamber music to big band jazz.  The Festival runs from July 18th to August 10th in 2014.  Most Festival of the Sound performances are held at the Stockey Centre, but all tickets to the Festival of the Sound are sold through the Festival's website. The Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts

sits on a 3.5-acre waterfront site overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay. The building opened in July 2003 and runs year-round, presenting artists of excellence and celebrating athletes of excellence. The 480-seat Festival Performance Hall is constructed out of the area's natural stone and indigenous trees. It has stunning acoustics as it was designed as a home for the "Festival of Sound, a world renowned festival of chamber and classical music which runs from mid-July to mid-August each year. The Bobby Orr Hall of Fame

is an interactive hockey museum with a wide variety of photos, memorabilia and artifacts about Bobby Orr, who was born in Parry Sound. Exhibits include Orr's NHL rings, a number of his trophies and awards, some of the jerseys he played in, a pictorial history of his career and a number of interactive games and activities related to hockey. The Bobby Orr Hall of Fame also hosts exhibits about other exceptional athletes with ties to Parry Sound. The Hall of Fame is located in the Charles W. Strand Twin Theatres

As the name suggests, the theatre has two screens, one with digital surround sound and the second with stereo surround sound.  General Admission (ages 13-64) $8.00.  Seniors and children (ages 65+ and 3-12) $6.00.  Matinees all seats $5.00. West Parry Sound Museum

Situated at the base of Parry Sound's 96-foot observation tower, in Tower Hill Park, the Museum features a changing calendar of exhibits in three galleries. Themes of Trapping, First Nations, Shipping, Logging, Agriculture and Contagion are featured. Fine arts and special exhibits are offered throughout the year in our two temporary galleries. Special family events take place at the museum throughout the year. The Museum attracts approximately 10,000 visitors annually. Admission Fees: Adult - $2.00. Child - $1.00.
