The McKellar United Church which has been in continuous service for over 153 years is operated as part of the McKellar-Dunchurch Pastoral Charge. The Knox United Church of in Dunchurch is also included in this Pastoral Charge.  They are dedicated to helping with the Pastoral and Spiritual needs of the community.

Pastoral visits can be arranged for anyone in the community experiencing difficulties. Their Outreach Ministries regularly support Harvest Share, Food Drives and Christmas gifts for the Salvation Army and the Lion's Club, and local Community Events.
