Elderberry (Sambucus canadensis)

Elderberry - 1 yr Seedling, 30-45cm Mature size - 5-12 ft tall and 6-12 feet wide. Tolerates many soil conditions that are well drained. Full to partial sunlight. Raw berries are toxic, but cooked berries are used for pies, jams, juices, wine and soup. Many species of birds enjoy the berries.
